We do not use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information to infer characteristics about you or for purposes other than those permitted by law (e.g., to provide requested services, ensure security, or comply with law). You may request to limit the use of Sensitive Personal Information as described in Section 10.

g) Financial Incentives

We currently do not offer financial incentives related to your personal information. If we do in the future, we will provide program terms at the time of offer and obtain your opt-in consent.

h) Recognition of Opt-Out Preference Signals

Where required by law (e.g., California, Colorado), we honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) for browser-based operations. See Section 10.

  • Transaction and Payment Data: purchase details, order history, limited payment metadata. Payment information is collected and processed by our payment processor and is not stored by YA Group except where necessary for records.
  • Usage Data and Online Identifiers: device type, browser type, IP address, cookie IDs, mobile IDs, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent, and referring/exit pages.
  • User Content: messages, feedback, support inquiries, survey responses, and files you upload.
  • Job Applicant Data: resume/CV, cover letter, employment history, education, qualifications, references, and where permitted, background check information.
  • Location Data: approximate IP-based location; precise location if you enable device permissions.

4) Cookies and Online Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies to:

  • Make the Services work (strictly necessary).
  • Measure performance and analytics.
  • Remember your preferences.
  • Deliver and measure advertising, including cross-context behavioral advertising/targeted advertising.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. California “Shine the Light”:

Nevada Residents:
